# The 4-step LinkedIn outbound playbook that books 30+ enterprise meetings a week with zero sales reps

The exact playbook we run for 10+ YC companies: live hiring signals instead of static lists, a 48-hour warm-up, five objection branches, and the 10% where automation takes over.

We run GTM for more than ten YC companies in San Francisco. Most founders spend six months writing code, then send cold emails and call that go-to-market. Done badly, that produces low reply rates and zero pipeline, or a $15,000 a month agency retainer that produces the same thing.

Here is the exact four-step playbook we use to book 30+ enterprise meetings a week with zero sales reps. You can run the whole thing by hand with AI and spreadsheets. This post combines two threads I wrote on X, [the playbook](https://x.com/NamanyayG/status/2098127826327335279) and [the YC version](https://x.com/NamanyayG/status/2095943687062880416).

## Step 1: identify live hiring signals (kill static lists)

Stop scraping 10,000 stale titles off static databases where the contacts changed jobs six months ago. Scraping 10k emails off Apollo means reaching people who are not active and not thinking about your problem.

Go to Greenhouse, Lever or LinkedIn Jobs and search for companies that posted an opening for your target pain point in the last 72 hours. Other real-time intent worth tracking: founders complaining about the problem on X or LinkedIn, and active profile or website views.

Reaching out while a team is actively budgeting and interviewing for that exact problem increases reply rates by about 4x.

## Step 2: score the leads, then run the 48-hour warm-up

Quantity is not quality. Never enroll an unverified lead. We score every prospect on real-time activity and anything under 60 gets no outreach, so nobody wastes time. The scoring detail is in [why we filter the list before outreach](/blog/linkedin-lead-scoring-before-outreach).

Then, if you send a cold pitch in the initial connection request, 80% of buyers ignore it. Run an organic warm-up across 48 hours instead:

- Day 0: view their profile. Your name and face land in their notifications.

- Day 1: like a relevant technical post they shared. This establishes peer familiarity.

- Day 2: send the connection request, personalized, followed later by a contextual follow-up.

Traditional outbound sends five cold emails in seven days and lands in spam. A multi-touch loop on LinkedIn feels like an organic peer conversation. The full pacing rules are in [multi-touch LinkedIn outreach at scale](/blog/multi-touch-linkedin-outreach-review).

## Step 3: the 5 objection branches

When replies come in, sort them into five buckets instead of improvising:

- "Not right now" → ask when their next budgeting cycle opens and log the date.

- "We use a competitor" → ask what specific gap in that tool frustrates their team.

- "Send more info" → send a 30-second Loom or a one-page PDF, never a generic deck.

- "Talk to my head of sales" → ask for a warm email intro so you are not reaching out cold.

- Meeting intent → send a direct Cal.com link immediately.

## Step 4: where automation comes in (the 10%)

You can run these four steps by hand for three hours every day: checking Greenhouse, pacing LinkedIn views, logging replies in Notion. If you are a solo founder who should be shipping features, that is why we built [PumpGTM](/). The engine runs the lead search, paces the multi-touch outreach in the background from your own account, and replies when a qualified buyer answers, so you step into the chat and lock in the sale.

## Proof it works: the last 7 days for one SF team

Metric Result Change

Invites sent 546

New connections 356 (68% acceptance vs 20% industry standard)

Qualified replies 98 +227% over baseline

Enterprise demo meetings booked 38 +245%

## Questions founders ask about this playbook

How do I find companies with buying intent on LinkedIn? Search Greenhouse, Lever and LinkedIn Jobs for openings that match the pain you solve, posted in the last 72 hours. A team hiring for the problem has budget and attention on it right now.

What is a LinkedIn warm-up sequence? Two days of organic touches before the connection request: a profile view on day 0, a like on a relevant post on day 1, then the invite on day 2. It roughly triples acceptance compared with a cold pitch in the request.

How should I respond to "send me more info"? With a 30-second Loom or a one-page PDF specific to their situation. Generic decks end the conversation.

Can a founder really book 30 enterprise meetings a week without SDRs? Yes, when the list comes from live signals, every lead is scored before outreach, replies are sorted into fixed branches, and the repetitive pacing is automated. The founder only shows up for qualified conversations.
