# Browzer reaches DevRel leaders with outreach that reads like Rahul wrote it

## Selling to people who can smell automation

Browzer sells to developer relations teams. These are people who write for a living, read a hundred vendor messages a week, and have a finely tuned sense for anything that was blasted from a list. Rahul Arulkumaran, a three-time founder with two exits, knew that the usual outbound playbook would not just fail with this audience. It would hurt the brand.

He also knew the math. Browzer relaunched in September 2026 and hit #2 Product of the Day on Product Hunt. The interest was real, but a launch spike does not turn itself into a pipeline. Someone had to go find the Heads of DevRel and Developer Experience leads at companies building developer tools, APIs and SDKs, and start conversations with them one at a time.

## What he wanted

Two things, and he was not willing to trade one for the other. The people had to be right: DevRel and DX leaders at developer-tool companies, not a keyword dump of anyone with "developer" in their title. And the messages had to sound like him, arriving from his own LinkedIn account, at a pace a person would keep.

## How PumpGTM runs it

PumpGTM read trybrowzer.com and built the target from it: who feels the pain of stale docs and a content pipeline that never keeps up with the code, and where those people work. It then found real people who matched, and Rahul reviewed the list before anything was sent.

From there PumpGTM sends connection requests from Rahul's account inside LinkedIn's limits, waits for each acceptance, and sends the message he approved. A reply freezes that person's sequence and puts the conversation in front of Rahul with a suggested answer. The cadence is slow on purpose. To the person on the other end it reads like a founder who found them, not a tool that scraped them.

## In his words

Rahul sent this after his first weeks on PumpGTM.

I really like PumpGTM. My automated outreach also feels like a human. Really thoughtful approach man! I think the quality of leads is great, not a slop list like a ton of other products.

The two words he chose, human and slop, are the two things DevRel buyers judge you on before they read past the first line.

## Why it fits

Browzer's buyer is the hardest kind to reach with automation, because the buyer is an expert in exactly the content that automation gets wrong. PumpGTM works here because it does the finding and the timing, and leaves the voice to Rahul.
