Is PumpGTM's WhatsApp integration available?

WhatsApp is in beta, with access by request. It is not generally available for self-serve connection or sending. Contact the PumpGTM team to confirm availability for your account.

Will I be able to connect my existing WhatsApp number?

The beta is being built around connecting an existing WhatsApp account. The team will confirm support for your number and account type before enabling access.

Is the WhatsApp beta intended for cold message blasts?

The intended use is follow-up with opted-in leads and customers who expect to hear from you. Access to a messaging integration does not remove WhatsApp's messaging rules or account limits.

Is WhatsApp already included in multichannel sequences?

WhatsApp sequence support is not generally available. LinkedIn, X, and email can share sequences today; Instagram has dedicated plays. Request beta access to discuss your WhatsApp workflow.
