Add {{firstName}} to the design, on its own or on top of your logo or a photo. Each person gets a cake with their own name printed on it. How does PumpGTM know where to send it? You confirm each person's name, delivery address and phone. Until you do, that person waits at the cake step and everyone else keeps moving. The address is stored with the order only, not added to the lead. What if they reply before the cake goes out? The step only runs for people who have not replied, and PumpGTM checks again right before ordering. A reply stops an unpaid order. A cake that is already paid for cannot be recalled.
