PumpGTM is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI model provider. Our platform integrates with third-party AI providers on your behalf using credentials you supply.

Your Code and Data

We do not store your source code or use it for training models. PumpGTM is designed with privacy as a core principle. When you use our Service:

  • Your source code remains on your local machine unless you explicitly deploy an application
  • Code processed during builds is encrypted in transit and not retained after processing
  • Your code is never used to train or improve AI models
  • We do not share your code with third parties
  • Deployed applications run in isolated, sandboxed environments

API Keys and Credentials (BYOK)

PumpGTM supports a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model, allowing you to connect your own AI provider accounts. Here is how we handle your credentials:

  • Storage: API keys you provide are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored in our secure credential vault
  • Usage: Keys are used solely to make API calls to the respective provider on your behalf
  • Access: Your keys are never exposed in logs, UI, or API responses after initial entry
  • Transmission: Keys are transmitted only over TLS-encrypted connections
  • Deletion: You can revoke and delete stored keys at any time from your workspace settings
  • No sharing: Your keys are never shared with other users, workspaces, or third parties

We recommend rotating your API keys periodically and using provider-scoped keys with minimal permissions where possible.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our Service:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and organization details when you create an account
  • Usage Data: Anonymous statistics about how you use our product (features used, frequency of use, error rates)
  • Technical Data: Device information, IP address, operating system, and browser type
  • Billing Data: Payment information processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Service
  • To authenticate your identity and manage workspace access
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To provide customer support
  • To monitor usage for billing and capacity planning
  • To detect, prevent, and address security issues and abuse

Third-Party AI Providers

When you use AI features through our platform, prompts and responses may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) based on your workspace configuration. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any AI provider whose services you use through our platform.

We do not control how third-party providers handle data once it leaves our systems. When using BYOK, your usage is governed by your direct agreement with that provider.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher
  • Sensitive data (including API keys) is encrypted at rest using AES-256
  • Infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2-compliant cloud providers
  • We conduct regular security reviews of our information collection, storage, and processing practices
  • Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
  • We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you delete your account:

  • Your stored API keys are permanently deleted
  • Your account data is removed within 30 days
  • Anonymous, aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics

  • The right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information
