Introduction
At Giga Next Inc., operating as PumpGTM (“we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform for finding prospects, managing outreach and understanding acquisition (“Service”).
PumpGTM is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI model provider. Our service integrates with third-party communication, data and AI providers to deliver the features you use.
Optional visitor identification
If you select “Allow identification” in Privacy choices, our pixel records a random browser identifier, public page paths and campaign attribution. For eligible US visits, we may send your network address and browser details to Retention.com / RB2B to obtain a possible business profile, such as a name, employer, role or LinkedIn profile.
Our data partner may associate these signals with information it holds, including email-related identifiers and professional profiles. We use the results to understand business interest and improve marketing. Matches are estimates and remain separate from verified signups. A match does not automatically enroll someone in outreach.
Use the Privacy choices button to decline or turn this pixel off. Global Privacy Control keeps it off. Turning it off stops future collection by this pixel and removes its browser identifier; it does not automatically erase information already collected or information you provide when signing up.

Signups, attribution and notifications
We connect information you submit or verify during signup with permitted website activity to understand acquisition. We use campaign parameters and verified payment events to measure marketing performance. An authorized Slack connection may receive signup notifications containing contact information and acquisition context.
Our website also uses PostHog, Google, Meta, Reddit, X and Dub for analytics and advertising measurement. Privacy choices controls our optional identification pixel; it does not remove other services’ cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to provide our Service:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and organization details when you create an account
- Usage Data: Website and product activity, campaign attribution, and events linked to your account when identified
- Technical Data: Device information, IP address, operating system, and browser type
- Billing Data: Payment information processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- To authenticate your identity and manage workspace access
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To provide customer support
- To monitor usage for billing and capacity planning
- To detect, prevent, and address security issues and abuse
Third-Party AI Providers
When you use AI features through our platform, prompts and responses may be transmitted to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) based on your workspace configuration. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any AI provider whose services you use through our platform.
We do not control how third-party providers handle data once it leaves our systems. Your use of connected services may also be governed by their own terms.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher
- Sensitive data (including API keys) is encrypted at rest using AES-256
- Infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2-compliant cloud providers
- We conduct regular security reviews of our information collection, storage, and processing practices
- Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
- We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you delete your account:
- Your stored API keys are permanently deleted
- Your account data is removed within 30 days
- Anonymous, aggregated usage data may be retained for analytics

- The right to request deletion of your personal information
