How I got 25 YC-backed customers in 4 weeks with PumpGTM
The exact system behind 25 Y Combinator-backed customers in four weeks: a free list of 11,000 YC founders, reaching each one across LinkedIn, X and email, an AI that starts the conversations while you sleep, and every touch tracked so you can iterate.

I got 25 Y Combinator-backed companies as customers in the last four weeks. Not from ads, not from a big team, from a repeatable GTM system. Here's exactly what it was.
1. Start with a list you can actually use
I started from a free list of 11,000 YC founders inside PumpGTM, with each person's LinkedIn and X already resolved. You can use it too (it's free). The point isn't the number, it's that the list is a real audience I could reach, not 11,000 scraped rows I'd have to enrich myself. Finding the right people is half the job, and it's the half most tools skip. More on that in how to find your ICP.
2. Reach each founder across LinkedIn, X and email
One channel misses too many people. Some founders never open their inbox; some never open LinkedIn that week. So I reached each one across LinkedIn, X and email, the same person, in a coordinated sequence, so my name showed up more than once. That repetition is what turns a cold name into a reply. It's the same idea as running LinkedIn and email on one list, with X added.
3. Let the AI start the conversations while you sleep
I didn't send these by hand. PumpGTM is MCP-first, so I drove it from my AI: it found the right founders, wrote a short personal message for each, and started the conversations automatically, including overnight. I woke up to replies, not a to-do list. That's what PumpGTM is, and you can copy the prompt to run it yourself.
4. Track everything, then iterate
This is the part that actually compounds. Every message, every reply, every link click is tracked as data. So each week I could see which message, which channel and which segment was working, and double down. Without that, you're guessing. With it, four weeks of small iterations turned into 25 customers.
The whole system in one line
A real list, every channel on the same person, an AI that runs it from your own accounts, and data on every touch so you keep getting better. If you want to run it on your own product, start at pumpgtm.com.

I got 25 Y Combinator backed companies as my customers in the last four weeks and here's how I used this GTM tool. Number one, using PumpGTM to get the lead list. PumpGTM has a list of 11,000 Y Combinator founders, their LinkedIn and their Twitter. It's free for anyone to use and I've included the link in the comments, and that's where I started. Number two, connecting to each founder using their LinkedIn, X and email. Number three, using the AI to start conversations with them automatically while I was sleeping. Number four, and this is the most important, making sure that every message, every reply, every link is accurately tracked and available as data so I can optimize and iterate.
Questions founders ask
Is the list of 11,000 YC founders really free? Yes, you can use it inside PumpGTM at no cost, with each founder's LinkedIn and X resolved.
Why reach the same person on three channels? Because any single channel misses a large share of people who would have replied. LinkedIn, X and email on the same person, in order, makes your name familiar and lifts the reply rate.
What does "the AI starts the conversations" mean? PumpGTM runs as an MCP server, so you drive it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex: it finds the people, drafts a personal message for each, and sends from your own accounts, no dashboard required.
Why does tracking matter so much? Because it turns outbound into a weekly experiment. When every message, reply and click is data, you can see what's working and iterate, which is what compounds a few replies into 25 customers.
