A founder with no time to prospect
Dhravya Shah started Supermemory as a side project in college and turned it into the memory layer that AI agents call to remember things across sessions. By 2026 the API was handling over a trillion tokens a month for more than 100,000 organizations, and he had raised a seed round led by Susa Ventures with backing from leaders at Google and Cloudflare.
That kind of growth has a cost. Every hour Dhravya spends hunting for the next customer on LinkedIn is an hour not spent on the product that got him here. He knew who should be hearing from him: engineers and founders building agents who were about to hit the memory problem. He did not have a week to find them one profile at a time.
What he wanted
Dhravya's ask was simple and exact. Find the people who actually fit Supermemory, not a purchased list. Reach them from his own LinkedIn account, so the message arrives from the founder and not from a tool. Keep him in control of what gets sent, but stop making him do the sending.
How PumpGTM runs it
PumpGTM read supermemory.ai and turned it into a picture of the buyer: what the company does, who feels the pain, and which titles and companies to look for. It then found real people who matched, and Dhravya reviewed them before anything went out.
From there the work is automatic and paced like a person. PumpGTM sends connection requests from Dhravya's account inside LinkedIn's limits, waits for each acceptance, then sends the message he approved. When someone replies, the sequence stops for that person and the reply lands in front of Dhravya with a suggested answer. Nothing is sent on his behalf that he has not seen.
In his words
Dhravya recorded a short note after the first campaign went live, between meetings, headphones still on.
Thank you to Gigacatalyst, who has been able to find exactly the right leads for my business and send them a message. Hopefully it drives a lot of sales and saves a lot of time. Let's go. It will.
Gigacatalyst is the company behind PumpGTM. Three things in that clip are the whole case: the leads were exactly right, the messages went out without him, and the time came back.
Why it fits
Supermemory sells to builders, and builders reply to founders. PumpGTM keeps Dhravya's name on every message while removing the part of the job that does not need him: finding the right person, sending the request, following up on time. He gets the conversations, PumpGTM gets the keyboard.
