Overview

LADR Media is a performance marketing agency for B2B companies, with clients across Australia, Dubai, Europe and India. Brian Noronha founded it in 2025 after eight years in marketing.

Brian wanted outbound to grow the agency. He was about to buy Apollo and Instantly and set up email with US IPs. Then he saw a PumpGTM ad and decided to give it a shot first.

Day one: "nothing is happening"

Brian signed up on October 13 and connected his LinkedIn in the afternoon, India time. A few hours later he emailed us:

Today was my first day, but I think nothing is happening in my account. If I get even one client, I'll stick with PumpGTM. I'm considering Apollo.io, Instantly and setting up emails with US IP etc.

Nothing was broken. His leads and his 4-step sequence were ready. PumpGTM only sends from a LinkedIn account during working hours where the person lives, and Brian connected late in the day, so his first connection requests were set for 8 AM the next morning.

The solution

  • Leads picked for him. PumpGTM found founders and managing directors at small B2B agencies and companies, checked against the clients Brian wants.
  • A message about their business. Brian's sequence opened with specific observations about each prospect's marketing, the kind of note an agency founder sends after actually looking.
  • Sending at a human pace. Connection requests went out from Brian's own account, only during his working hours.
  • Replies flagged with a draft. Every reply landed in his inbox with a suggested answer, so the hot ones did not cool off.

Day three: "We set up a meeting!"

The first connection requests went out on the morning of October 14. The first reply came eight hours later.

On October 15, Judy Sahay, Managing Director of Crowd Media HQ in Melbourne, wrote back:

I really like your effort and your approach. So I'm keen to have a meeting with you. Are you free Saturday 11am Melbourne time on Zoom?

She added that she had a new agency about to kick off that needed work. That evening, 46 hours after his "nothing is happening" email, Brian wrote to us again:

We set up a meeting! Thanks Namanyay!

The results

  • A meeting set up in two days, with a managing director who has a new agency that needs his help.
  • 38% of people messaged replied, and 19% of connection requests were accepted.
  • Every reply came from a founder or a director. Founders at EtherStride, TheWINK.co, Auroralyn and Onwise.io, and a founder and marketing director at PassionBerry Marketing.
  • More conversations still going. Founders asking what kind of clients he works with, and one who simply said "Sure."

Why it fits

Brian runs sales for his own agency. He did not need another tool to configure, a list to buy or new email domains to warm up. He needed his ideal clients to hear from him, from his own LinkedIn, starting the next morning.
