How we booked 38 meetings in 7 days (the exact outbound system)
539 invites, 354 connections, 276 messages, 98 replies, 38 meetings booked. Here is the exact outbound system behind one week of numbers at PumpGTM, and the one targeting rule that makes or breaks it.

Here are the numbers from one week of outbound at PumpGTM:
539 invites. 354 connections. 276 messages. 98 replies. 38 meetings booked.
Running outbound as a founder is far more work than writing cold messages. You have to figure out who might buy, find the right people at those companies, check whether they are worth contacting, set up your sending accounts, follow up, and keep track of every conversation, so that when someone replies you know what they have already been sent. We built PumpGTM to make all of that work together. Here is how we actually run it.
1. It works inside the AI tools you already use
The first thing we built was an MCP integration. You connect PumpGTM to Claude, Cursor, Codex or ChatGPT, and run outreach from the conversation you are already in. No separate script, no integration to build. You ask for buyers and it goes to work. The full idea is in the one MCP that runs my GTM on autopilot.
2. Tell it exactly who you want
Say you built a product for engineering teams. You ask for "heads of engineering at US startups with 20 to 100 employees," describing titles, location, company size and whatever else matters. PumpGTM finds the contacts and you review them before any outreach starts. We built Plays around this.
3. Start with 20, not 660
The biggest mistake founders make is starting with too many people. A founder once told me he had 660 engineering leaders ready to message. I told him to make it 20. Twenty he would hand-pick. Because if you cannot explain why those 20 companies would care about your product, another 640 names does not solve anything. Start with a specific market, test it on 20 to 100 people, read the conversations, then expand. You might find engineering managers reply better than CTOs. That is the whole point of scoring leads before you reach out.
4. Reach them on more than one channel
The 98 replies did not come from one channel. You reach the same person across LinkedIn, email and X in a coordinated sequence, because any single channel misses people. The method is in the multi-channel outbound playbook.
The system, in one line
Find the right 20, reach them across channels from your own accounts, let your AI handle the sending and the replies, and spend your own time only on the meetings. If you want it running on your product, start the 7 day trial.
Questions founders ask
How do you book meetings with cold outbound? Target a tight list of people who fit and show intent, reach them across LinkedIn, email and X with a personal first message, follow up, and route every reply to a human. The numbers above came from 539 well-targeted invites, not a mass blast.
Why only 20 people to start? Because a small hand-picked list forces you to be clear about who your product is for. Once 20 convert, you know the message and segment work, and you scale what already works instead of guessing at volume.
Do I need an SDR to run this? No. The point of the system is that your AI runs the finding, sending and reply-sorting, so you spend your time on the meetings. See AI SDR vs human for your first sales hire.
