The AI-first multichannel playbook

How I got 25 YC-backed customers in four weeks. One list, one sequence across LinkedIn, email and X, your website visitors added in, and your AI running it. Screenshots, a video and the prompts to copy.

Watch the 1-minute setup

The full guide, prompts, and checklist are free. Read them here.

My name is Namanyay. I'm the founder of PumpGTM (YC P26).

In four weeks, 25 YC-backed companies became our customers. We found them 23,000 leads. And I didn't hire a single SDR.

This is the exact system I used. I'm giving you all of it: the list I started from, the sequence, the messages, and the prompts I give my AI. Copy it.

The problem you already know

You know who you want to talk to. So you pick one channel, usually LinkedIn, and send a lot.

Some people reply. Most never see it. They're on X all day, or they only read email.

So you add a second tool for email. Now you have two lists, two inboxes, and the same person gets pitched twice. When someone replies on one channel, the other one keeps going.

Mistakes that cost founders replies

One channel only

Founders live on X. Some never open LinkedIn. Some never open email. One channel misses most of them.

Three tools, three lists

LinkedIn in one tool, email in another. The same person gets a pitch twice and nobody knows who replied.

Talking over a reply

They answer your email and your LinkedIn bot sends step three anyway. That's how a warm lead goes cold.

Ignoring warm people

People who visit your pricing page get nothing, while you message strangers.

Never reading the data

If you don't know which channel got the reply, you can't do more of what works.

Clicking it all by hand

You spend your selling hours in dashboards. Your AI could do the clicking for you.

Who this is for: founders who sell themselves, especially to other founders, engineers and people in SF.

What you'll get: the six steps I run every week, with screenshots, a one-minute video, four prompts to copy and a launch checklist.

Watch the whole setup in one minute

This is my real account, running the real sequence. 20,000 people watched it on X.

My YC founder sequence: one list, LinkedIn, email and X running at the same time.

The recipe is four parts:

  1. A list of people who can buy.
  2. Every channel they use, in one sequence.
  3. Your AI does the work. Finding, writing, sending, follow-ups.
  4. The data tells you what to change. Every week.

Step 1: Start from a list of people who can buy

I started with every Y Combinator founder. 11,517 of them, with the LinkedIn and X profiles they listed themselves. You can filter by role, batch, industry, location and hiring.

It's free. Open the YC founder list.

Not selling to founders? Enter your website and PumpGTM builds the list from your buyer profile instead.

Raising? Use the free VC list

The same play works for fundraising. We made a list of 520 partners at the funds that back YC companies, with their LinkedIn.

The trick: don't pitch them. Connect, then post. More investors seeing your posts means more of them reach out to you.

Step 2: Connect every channel once

I connected my LinkedIn, my X account and three email inboxes. Three inboxes means 150 emails a day without burning any one of them.

PumpGTM senders panel with LinkedIn, three email inboxes at 150 a day, and X connected
One sequence, three senders: LinkedIn, three inboxes, and X.

Everything goes out from your own accounts, in your name.

Step 3: Build one sequence that runs all three at once

When someone joins, the channels run in parallel. Each one works the way people expect on that channel.

PumpGTM sequence flow: person joins, LinkedIn, email and X lanes run in parallel
13 steps. LinkedIn, email and X run side by side.
  • LinkedIn: a connection request with no note. Once they accept, three short messages.
  • Email: a longer thread. Follow-ups are normal on email, so it gets more of them.
  • X: this is the part nobody else does well. We follow them. If they follow back within 7 days, we send a DM, then follow-ups. If not, we skip it.
PumpGTM X lane: follow on X, wait for follow-back within 7 days, then DM
On X, a DM only goes to people who followed you back.

The rule that matters most: a reply on any channel stops the whole sequence for that person. Nobody gets step three after they answered step one.

The messages I actually send

Short. One real number. One question. No link in the first LinkedIn message.

LinkedIn: "sup , I'm YC P26 and I've built an AI tool that has added $200,000 ARR for YC cos. We find and engage with leads across X, LinkedIn, email, and more. If this is relevant, can I share more info?"

Email subject: "My GTM AI made $200,000 ARR for YC cos"

X DM: "sup nice to meet you here. I'm YC P26 and I've built an AI that has added $200,000 ARR for similar YC companies. Does that sound useful for your company's growth right now?"

Change the number and the proof to yours. Keep the shape.

Step 4: Add your website visitors

Cold lists are good. Warm people are better. Someone who just read your pricing page has a reason to talk this week.

Add the PumpGTM pixel to your site. When a business visitor from the US can be matched to a real person, they show up in your leads with the page they landed on. Signups show up too.

Add the ones who fit to the same multichannel sequence. Your message talks about their problem. It never says "I saw you on our website."

Turn website visitors into conversations

Here are people who visited my website this week:
[paste name, role, company and the page they landed on, from PumpGTM]

My buyer is: [role, company type]
For each person, tell me in one line if they fit. Skip students, job seekers, competitors and existing customers.
For the ones who fit, write a first LinkedIn message about the problem that page solves.
One question, under 300 characters, no link. Never say "I saw you on our website".

Step 5: Run it from your AI

I don't click around a dashboard. I tell Claude what I want and it does it through the PumpGTM MCP: finds people, writes the messages, builds the sequence and waits for my yes.

Connect it once in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex. Then every prompt below works.

Connect PumpGTM to your AI (takes 2 minutes). Then copy these.

Set up the multichannel sequence

Use PumpGTM to set up a multichannel sequence for me.

My company: [website]
My buyer: [role, company type, size]
My list: [YC founders / investors / my website visitors / a CSV I'll upload]

Build one sequence that runs LinkedIn, email and X at the same time:
- LinkedIn: connection request with no note, then 3 short messages after they accept
- Email: one thread with 2 follow-ups in the same thread
- X: follow them, and only DM people who follow back

Write every message in my voice: short, lowercase is fine, one question at the end, no links in the first message, no em dashes.
Show me the people and every message before anything sends. Wait for my yes.

Get in front of investors

I'm raising a [pre-seed / seed] round for [company, one line].
Use the PumpGTM investor list (the partners at funds that back YC companies).

1. Pick the 50 investors most likely to care about what I build. For each, tell me in one line why (their fund, what they back, what they post about).
2. Connect with them on LinkedIn with no note.
3. Don't pitch. When they accept, send one line: what we build and one real number.
4. Show me the list and the message before you send anything.

Step 6: Let the data tell you what to change

Every click, message, reply and DM is tracked. So once a week I ask what worked and change one thing.

Here's one of our own founder sequences:

707invitations
399connections
314messages sent
71replies
26meetings booked

That's 26 meetings from 707 invitations, with no ads and no SDRs.

Founders running this play

Found the message that works, then added the team

Chaitanya (YC F26) tests messages on CTOs and sees which one gets each reply. Now his whole team works from one list.

Try this with your team

Run two versions of your first message. Keep the one that gets replies.

A founder who only approves

Supermemory serves 100,000+ organizations, so Dhravya has no time to prospect. PumpGTM finds the people. He approves them. Nothing goes out that he hasn't seen.

Try this with your team

Let AI find the people and write the drafts. Spend your time approving and replying.

Questions founders ask

Why X? If you sell to founders, engineers or anyone in SF, X is where they are. Most outbound tools don't touch it. We follow first and only DM people who follow back.

Will people get pitched three times? They hear from you on up to three channels, spaced over days. The moment they reply anywhere, everything stops.

Are the YC founder and VC lists really free? Yes. Browse and filter them at pumpgtm.com/yc/founders and pumpgtm.com/yc/investors.

How does the visitor pixel find people? It matches US business visitors to a real profile when it can, and it records your signups. Visitors who can't be matched stay anonymous.

Do I need Claude? No. Everything works in the PumpGTM app. The MCP just lets your AI do the clicking.

Does anything send without me? Not until you approve the people and the messages. Replies come back to you.
