How we'll add $250K ARR to a $100M company in 30 days
A $100M company has 20,000 X and LinkedIn followers and 300 of them are high-value signups who never became customers. Here is the 30 day founder-led outbound plan we set up with PumpGTM to turn that into $250K ARR, plus the webhook that messages every new signup the moment they sign up.

A $100M company can add $250K ARR in 30 days by messaging the 300 high-value signups already sitting in its 20,000 X and LinkedIn followers, from the founder's own accounts, and by messaging every new signup automatically the moment they sign up. That is the plan we set up on a call this week with PumpGTM. The video above is the 57 second version. This is the full one.
Why a $100M company still needs founder-led outbound
The company is not short on demand. They have 20,000 followers across X and LinkedIn and a steady stream of signups. What they are short on is follow-up. Nobody on the team was reaching out to each new signup, and nobody had checked which of those followers were already using the product without paying for it.
That is the same gap we see at ten-person startups. Scale does not fix it, it hides it. At $100M the gap is just worth more. The numbers in the video, 20,000 followers down to 300 high-value signups, are the output of one scan, and we expect the sequence to those 300 to add $250K ARR inside 30 days. The $250K is a projection from the conversion rates we see on founder-sent sequences, not a number that has landed yet.
Step 1: find the 300 high-value signups inside 20,000 followers
We connected the company's X and LinkedIn accounts to PumpGTM and went through all 20,000 followers. The filter was simple: people who had signed up for the product, matched the buyer profile, and were not paying customers. That left 300 people.
This is the part most teams skip because it is manual. Cross-referencing a follower list against a signup list against a customer list is a spreadsheet job nobody wants, so it never happens. PumpGTM does the scan in one pass. The same idea works on any audience you already own: the people engaging with your LinkedIn posts or your competitor's followers.
Step 2: send the outbound sequence from the founder's accounts
Each of the 300 gets a short sequence on LinkedIn and X, sent from the founder's own accounts, not a sales rep's and not a tool's. A signup who already follows the founder is far more likely to answer the founder. Founder-sent sequences like this convert at around 20 to 30% in our data, and 20 to 30% of 300 high-value accounts is where the $250K ARR comes from.
The mechanics are the same system we use ourselves and wrote up in how we booked 38 meetings in 7 days: a hand-picked list, one specific problem in the first message, follow-ups that do not quit, and every reply routed back to a human. If you want the broader method, founder-led outbound with AI is the long version.
Step 3: message every new signup automatically with webhooks
The second thing we found on the call: they get a lot of signups and were not able to reach out to each one. So we connected their signup event to PumpGTM with a webhook. Every new signup is pushed into a Play through the REST API (one call, POST /api/v1/plays/{playId}/leads with the person's email, LinkedIn URL or X username), and PumpGTM sends them a LinkedIn and X message as soon as they sign up.
That is one extra touchpoint at the exact moment someone is paying attention, with no human in the loop. It also catches the signups who go quiet after day one, which is its own play: reach signups who went quiet.
What this looks like for a smaller company
You do not need 20,000 followers. The plan is the same at 2,000: scan the audience you already have for people who signed up and never bought, message them from your own account, and wire your signup form so every new person gets a message within minutes. Start the 7 day trial and point it at your own follower list, or book a call and I will set it up with you.

Bro, I just got off a call with a $100 million company. And using PumpGTM.com, we're going to add $250,000 to their ARR and increase their conversion rate by 30%. So using PumpGTM, we connected their company's X and LinkedIn accounts, went through 20,000 followers, identified 300 high value signups that were not customers. And using our tool, we created an outbound sequence to each and every one of them, going directly from the founder's accounts. Now these campaigns converted around 20 to 30%. And that means it's going to be a 250K ARR in just 30 days. And what I also found on the call was they were getting a lot of signups, but they were not able to reach out to each and every one. So using webhooks, we connected all new signups to PumpGTM, which sends them outbound LinkedIn and X messages automatically as soon as they sign up, creating an additional touch point and getting them to increase the chances of conversion. If you're looking for the same, go to PumpGTM.com. There's a seven day free trial right now. And I'll personally talk to you if you want and set all of this up for you. All right, back to work.
Questions founders ask
How do you find high-value signups among 20,000 followers? Connect the X and LinkedIn accounts to PumpGTM and scan the follower list against your signups and your customer list. The people who signed up, match your buyer profile and are not paying yet are the list. For this company that was 300 out of 20,000.
Why send the outbound from the founder's accounts instead of a sales rep's? A signup who already follows the founder answers the founder. Founder-sent sequences convert at around 20 to 30% in our data, which is several times what a rep or a generic sender gets with the same list.
How does the webhook for new signups work? Your signup event calls the PumpGTM REST API, which adds the person to a Play. PumpGTM then sends them a LinkedIn and X message from your account as soon as they sign up, and stops the sequence the moment they reply.
Is the $250K ARR a result or a projection? A projection. It comes from 300 high-value signups and the 20 to 30% conversion rate we see on founder-sent sequences. The sequences are running now and the 30 day window is open.
Does this only work for a $100M company? No. The plan is identical at 2,000 followers. The only thing that changes is the size of the list it finds.
