Who this review is for

You run outbound on LinkedIn and you are deciding whether HeyReach is the tool. Maybe you are a founder with one account and a Sales Navigator list. Maybe you are an agency owner logging into a dozen client accounts every morning. The two of you should read this HeyReach review differently, because HeyReach was built for the second person and priced for the second person.

Disclosure: I run PumpGTM, which competes with HeyReach for founders and small B2B teams. Everything about HeyReach below comes from its pricing page, help center and public reviews, with sources named. Where HeyReach is the better pick, I say so.

What HeyReach is

HeyReach is cloud LinkedIn outreach automation that runs many LinkedIn accounts (it calls them senders) from one workspace, with one Unified Inbox across all of them. It is built mainly for lead-gen agencies and outbound teams. It does not send email itself. Email steps go through partner tools (Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison). There is no calling.

Pricing as of September 2026

The unit is the sender, meaning one LinkedIn account. A founder with one account pays $79 a month. A three person team pays $237 (my arithmetic). Email is not metered because HeyReach does not send it.

Two things to know. First, there is an Early Stage Program with a discounted rate for companies under $250,000 ARR and fewer than 5 people, but the amount is not published, so ask. Second, Capterra lists a "$39 per user per month" starting price that does not match the official page. Trust the pricing page.

Trial: 14 days, no card, with 3 LinkedIn accounts on Growth. Agency trial on request, Unlimited 30 days by request. Billing is monthly with no annual lock-in required. Extra whitelabel brands are $500 each as an add-on.

What reviewers praise

G2 shows 4.6 stars from 71 reviews. Capterra shows 5.0 from 2 reviews. Trustpilot shows a TrustScore of 4.0 from 51 reviews, with 22% one star.

The praise clusters around exactly what the product was built for.

Flat per-sender pricing and sender rotation. Agencies like paying per account and rotating sends across them.

The Unified Inbox. A Capterra reviewer calls it "a lifesaver." A Reddit user (via sbl.so) describes the before and after: "logging into 12 different LinkedIn accounts every morning. Now I just open one tab."

Ease of use and support, per the G2 summary. Hold that thought, because Trustpilot says the opposite.

What they complain about

Support is the sharpest complaint, and it comes from the Trustpilot side. Quotes: "Their support is virtually nonexistent... wait 3 business days." Another: "Absolutely appalling. The support team are really rude and the product is so faulty." A third says campaigns "always switch off due to a bug." No-refund policy complaints appear too. Reddit users (via sbl.so) report campaigns stopping mid-run and support delays over three days.

Reliability of sessions. The Capterra con: "keeping the profiles connected consistently requires some maintenance since sessions can expire." If you run one account, that is a login every so often. If you run 25, it is a job.

Analytics. G2 cons: "could benefit from improved analytics and additional features."

Priced for agencies. One Reddit user (via sbl.so): "can't justify $79/month when I only use 3 LinkedIn accounts. It's built for agencies." That is the fairest one-line summary of the product I have seen.

LinkedIn-only sending. Email needs a second tool and a second bill, per salesforge.ai.

Safety and LinkedIn risk

HeyReach's help center says each LinkedIn account gets "a dedicated static residential proxy (i.e. real IP address that never changes)" and that accounts auto-freeze near "around 100 connection requests to send per week" and "200 actions per day." Daily limits are set per LinkedIn account and shared across campaigns. Whether actions run in the cloud or through an extension, and any warm-up schedule, are not published on the pages I fetched.

Reddit users (via sbl.so) still report account restrictions despite the safety features. That is true of every tool in this category. No proxy makes automation compliant with LinkedIn's terms.

One event you should know about, as HeyReach itself reports on its blog: on March 25, 2026, LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted its executives' profiles. The product kept running. But if your question is "how does LinkedIn feel about this vendor," that is the most direct answer available.

MCP and API

HeyReach has an official MCP server. You get a per-workspace MCP URL and key under Integrations, HeyReach MCP Server, and connect through mcp-remote. HeyReach's own page answers "HeyReach MCP cost? Nothing." The help center documents the Claude setup. A community server also exists on GitHub. The REST API uses an X-API-KEY header, allows 300 requests a minute, and has webhooks.

So an AI client can read and drive your HeyReach campaigns at no extra charge, on any plan. For what to actually do with that, and how the other tools compare, see the best LinkedIn automation tools for founders.

Getting your data out

Leads: Leads / Lists, the three-dot menu on a list, "Export to CSV". The help center is explicit that export "only provides HeyReach's default columns, not custom variables," so any personalization fields you pushed in from Clay will not come back out this way.

Campaign results: Dashboard, filter by workspace, sender, campaign and date range, then export as CSV, PNG or SVG.

Conversations: via the API or MCP. I found no UI export article for message history. No plan restrictions on export are published.

Verdict by buyer type

Agency running 5 or more client accounts: this is the tool. Per-sender pricing, one inbox, whitelabel at Agency, API and MCP for reporting. Budget for session upkeep and read the support reviews before you rely on Slack support.

Outbound team with 3 to 10 SDRs each running their own account: good fit if LinkedIn is your main channel and you already have Instantly or Smartlead for email.

Founder with one or two accounts: workable at $79 a month, but you are paying for features (rotation, workspaces, whitelabel) you will not use, and you get no targeting, no scoring and no native email. Ask about the Early Stage Program. Then read the alternatives to HeyReach built for one account.

Anyone who needs LinkedIn and email in one sequence from one vendor: not this. The Lemlist vs HeyReach page covers that choice.

How it compares with PumpGTM

HeyReach is the better pick if you run many LinkedIn accounts and want them in one inbox. PumpGTM does not do sender rotation, whitelabel, or agency workspaces, and I would not pretend otherwise.

PumpGTM is built for the founder in the third bucket above. It finds buyers showing intent right now (hiring on Greenhouse, Lever or LinkedIn Jobs, funding, tooling changes, LinkedIn post engagement), scores every lead so anyone under 60 of 100 gets no message, then runs a paced sequence from your own account: day 0 profile view, day 1 like a relevant post, day 2 personalized connection request, then a contextual follow-up. Email steps go from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP mailbox, no second tool. Replies get sorted and qualified buyers land with you. It also runs as an MCP server at mcp.gigacatalyst.com with OAuth, so Claude, Cursor or Codex can find buyers, draft and send, and read replies.

As of September 2026, Pro is $75 a month (list $99) for up to 3,000 leads a month, extra users $25 a month each, 7 day trial, card required when the live trial starts, month to month. Proof from the last 7 days for one San Francisco team: 546 invites sent, 356 accepted (68%, against roughly 20% industry standard), 98 qualified replies, 38 enterprise demo meetings.

Our honest limits: launched September 2026, no phone channel, no email warm-up farm, no 200M contact database. Lists come from live signals plus your Sales Navigator imports. Full side by side is on the PumpGTM vs HeyReach page, or start the 7 day trial.

Questions people ask

How much does HeyReach cost? As of September 2026, Growth is $79 per sender (LinkedIn account) per month billed monthly, $63 billed annually. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders and Unlimited is $2,999 a month for up to 300 senders under fair use.

Does HeyReach send email? No. HeyReach sends on LinkedIn only. Email steps run through integrations with Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, which you pay for separately.

Is HeyReach safe for LinkedIn? HeyReach assigns a dedicated static residential proxy per account and auto-freezes near 100 connection requests a week and 200 actions a day. Reddit users still report restrictions, and LinkedIn removed HeyReach's own company page on March 25, 2026, as HeyReach reports on its blog.

Does HeyReach have an MCP server? Yes, an official one. Each workspace gets its own MCP URL and key under Integrations, and HeyReach states it costs nothing extra.

Can I export my HeyReach leads and conversations? Leads export to CSV from the Lists menu, but only with HeyReach's default columns, not custom variables. Conversations are reachable through the API or MCP; there is no documented UI export.

Is HeyReach good for a solo founder? It works, but it is priced and designed for agencies running many accounts. A founder with one account pays $79 a month for rotation and workspace features they will not use, and gets no targeting or native email.

PumpGTM finds the buyers showing intent this week and runs the outreach from your own LinkedIn account. 7 day trial, $75 a month after.
