PumpGTM vs HeyReach

PumpGTM vs HeyReach by the PumpGTM founder: pricing as of September 2026, signal targeting vs sender scale, where HeyReach wins for agencies and where we fit.

Namanyay Goel · Updated · 9 min read

You are the founder and the only seller. You have one LinkedIn account with eight years of connections on it, a Sales Navigator list you built at midnight, and a HeyReach pricing tab that says $79 per sender. You are not an agency. You have one sender. The question is whether the tool built for twelve accounts is the right one for yours.

This PumpGTM vs HeyReach comparison is written by me, Namanyay, founder of PumpGTM. Bias declared. Every HeyReach fact comes from HeyReach's own pricing and help pages or from public reviews, meaning intact. HeyReach is genuinely better for a specific kind of team and I say which one.

What PumpGTM is

PumpGTM is an AI go-to-market engine for founders and small B2B sales teams. It finds buyers showing intent right now, scores them, runs a paced LinkedIn (and optional email) sequence from your own account, and hands you the qualified replies.

How it works

Before any message, PumpGTM looks for signals: a Greenhouse, Lever or LinkedIn Jobs posting for the role you sell into, a funding round, a tooling change, or engagement on a relevant LinkedIn post. You can also import a Sales Navigator list. Every lead gets a score out of 100 and anyone under 60 gets no message. The lead scoring post explains the cutoff.

Then the sequence runs from your own LinkedIn account at a pace a person would keep: day 0 profile view, day 1 like a relevant post, day 2 a personalized connection request, then a contextual follow-up. Optional email steps go from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP mailbox. Replies are sorted, and the qualified buyers come to you.

It also runs as an MCP server at mcp.gigacatalyst.com with OAuth, so Claude, Cursor or Codex can find buyers, draft and send LinkedIn messages, and read replies.

Proof

Last 7 days, one SF team, September 2026: 546 invites sent, 356 accepted (68%, against about 20% industry standard), 98 qualified replies, 38 enterprise demo meetings booked. PumpGTM runs GTM for 10+ YC companies. Early customers include founders at Workers.io, Supermemory, Harbor, Plek and Smol Machines. Dhravya Shah at Supermemory: "PumpGTM found exactly the right leads for my business and reaches out to them, automatically." We are Giga Next Inc., a Y Combinator company in San Francisco.

What HeyReach is

HeyReach is cloud LinkedIn outreach automation that runs many LinkedIn accounts (senders) from one workspace, built mainly for lead-gen agencies and outbound teams.

Its strengths are specific and real. The Unified Inbox pulls every sender's conversations into one view; a Capterra reviewer called it "a lifesaver," and a Reddit user described "logging into 12 different LinkedIn accounts every morning. Now I just open one tab." You can reply on behalf of colleagues and rotate senders across campaigns. Every LinkedIn action type is covered: connection requests, messages, voice notes, profile views, InMail, follows. Each account gets "a dedicated static residential proxy (i.e. real IP address that never changes)" and auto-freezes near around 100 connection requests a week and 200 actions a day. Lead sources include Sales Navigator import, CSV, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot and LinkedIn post reactors. There is native HubSpot sync, a REST API at 300 requests a minute with webhooks, whitelabel on the Agency plan, and an official MCP server at no extra cost. G2 has it at 4.6 from 71 reviews.

The weak spots are also on record. Trustpilot is 4.0 from 51 reviews with 22% one-star. Quotes include "Their support is virtually nonexistent... wait 3 business days," "Absolutely appalling. The support team are really rude and the product is so faulty," and "always switch off due to a bug," plus no-refund complaints. Reddit users cited in third-party reviews report campaigns stopping mid-run and account restrictions despite the safety features. A Capterra con: "keeping the profiles connected consistently requires some maintenance since sessions can expire." Email is not native; it runs through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison. And LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page and restricted its executives' profiles on March 25, 2026.

Pricing side by side

HeyReach Growth is $79 per sender per month billed monthly ($71 quarterly, $63 annual) as of September 2026, with 100 enrichment credits per sender. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders scaling to 50, with 1,000 credits, whitelabel and dedicated Slack support. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders under fair use. 14-day trial, no card, 3 LinkedIn accounts. An Early Stage Program discounts companies under $250,000 ARR with fewer than 5 people, amount not published. Card at https://www.heyreach.io/pricing.

PumpGTM Pro is $75 a month (list $99) for up to 3,000 leads a month as of September 2026, additional users $25 a month each, 7 day trial with card required when the live trial starts, month to month, cancel anytime. Enterprise is custom for 5+ users.

At one account the prices are close: $75 against $79. At five accounts HeyReach is $395 on Growth, and PumpGTM is $75 plus $25 per extra user. But that comparison is misleading, because HeyReach is selling senders and we are selling scored leads. Which one you are short of decides the tool.

Choose HeyReach if

You are an agency or an outbound team running many sender accounts. Five, twelve, fifty LinkedIn accounts with one inbox, sender rotation, whitelabel for clients and a flat $999 for 25 senders. That is what HeyReach is built for and PumpGTM does not do it.

You need InMail or voice notes in the sequence. PumpGTM does not send InMail.

You already have a Clay or RB2B pipeline feeding lists and an Instantly or Smartlead stack for email. HeyReach is the LinkedIn arm of that stack by design.

You want a 14-day trial with no card, or you want to bring three accounts into the trial at once.

Choose PumpGTM if

You have one account, maybe two, and the account matters more than the volume. The sequence runs from your own profile at a human pace.

Your bottleneck is targeting, not sending. Signal-based list building and a hard score cutoff mean the 546 invites last week went to people with a live reason to talk.

You want email in the same tool from your own mailbox, not a second subscription.

You want the finding and the sending in one MCP loop from Claude or Cursor.

You would rather talk to a founder than wait three business days. We are small, and that is the trade.

The objection you already have

"HeyReach has been around longer and has a proper inbox." True on both counts. If you run a team of senders, the inbox alone is worth $79. We launched in September 2026 and we do not have a multi-sender inbox, InMail or a residential proxy per account, because we run from your own account and do not need one. What we have is the targeting step nobody else in this category does, last week's numbers, and $75 a month. The neutral head-to-head of Lemlist vs HeyReach covers HeyReach against its multichannel rival, the HeyReach review has the reviewer quotes in context, and the HeyReach alternatives page and our LinkedIn automation tools for founders shortlist put both of us against the rest of the field.

Next step: start the 7 day trial. Card required when the live trial starts, cancel anytime.

Questions people ask

Is PumpGTM cheaper than HeyReach? For one account, slightly: $75 a month against $79 per sender as of September 2026. For many accounts, HeyReach's per-sender and Agency pricing is built for that job and PumpGTM does not do multi-sender rotation.

Does HeyReach find leads for me? No. It imports from Sales Navigator, CSV, Clay, RB2B, HubSpot and LinkedIn post reactors. PumpGTM builds the list from live signals such as hiring, funding and post engagement, scores each lead, and skips anyone under 60 out of 100.

Does HeyReach send email? Not natively. Email runs through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison. PumpGTM sends optional email steps from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP mailbox.

Which is safer for my LinkedIn account? Neither can guarantee safety. HeyReach uses a dedicated residential proxy per account and auto-freezes near LinkedIn's limits. PumpGTM runs from your own account at a paced multi-touch rhythm. Reviewers of HeyReach still report restrictions, and LinkedIn removed HeyReach's company page in March 2026.

Do both have an MCP server? Yes. HeyReach's is a per-workspace URL and key at no extra cost. PumpGTM's is at mcp.gigacatalyst.com with OAuth, covering find buyers, send LinkedIn messages and read replies.

Can I export my leads from HeyReach if I switch? Yes, lists export to CSV, but only HeyReach's default columns, not custom variables. Dashboard results export as CSV, PNG or SVG.

PumpGTM finds the buyers showing intent this week and runs the outreach from your own LinkedIn account. 7 day trial, $75 a month after.
